Maintenance Services
In our continuing effort to enhance customer satisfaction, we believe it is important to communicate which services we provide as part of our ongoing program (at no additional cost) and which services will be charged back when requested. The following information is presented by the building system. Each system is divided into two sections: services provided routinely as a part of our normal program and services for which customers are financially responsible. Maintenance baseline services are those which apply to all campus buildings regardless of building use. Systems that are for specific academic, programmatic, or research purposes are not part of the baseline services and require funding from customers.
